One of the most meaningful measures of our success is our customers’ success. Recently we had the opportunity to share the story of a global firm that was able to expand its customer success with our help. A services firm, it wanted to ensure consistency and gain insight across its projects. To help the professional services firm meet its goal, we developed a Delivery Management application. Built on AWS serverless and with Amazon DynamoDB, the app allows the firm to collect project metrics. With these measures, the firm ensures consistent delivery across projects. The technology saved the firm money on recurring fees. And, most importantly, freed staff to focus on analytics to drive business and customer success.
Another recent cloud computing success story is that of a biopharma company that we helped design a network and resource infrastructure. The design is for a Tableau Server cluster deployment on AWS that gives the company a highly available, scalable application. Using infrastructure as code (IaC) and AWS CloudFormation, the new platform provides advanced data insights. In addition, we put in place cloud security best-practices. We combined AWS Security Hub, AWS Config, CIS hardening and other cloud best practices to keep the company’s intellectual property, and patients’ personal data secure.
